Here's a great recipe I found on P.I.N.K. Method's sample diet last week.

I thought I'd try it . . . it didn't disappoint!


P.I.N.K. Shake

1 cup of skim milk
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1 cup of strawberries

BLEND IT!
