Maggie's First Birthday : Spring Flower-Garden

One of my very favorite things to do is plan birthday parties for my babies. Ryan probably gets tired of me saying, "our babies' birthdays are my very favorite days!" Some of the highlights I loved on the day of their birth: seeing Ryan's face light up meeting his babies, feeling like a champion delivering our babies, and holding them for the first time. This is a huge reason why I love celebrating our precious gifts from God and why I may go overboard on their birthdays.

We've done a mix of birthdays for Vann in the last 3 years from a farm theme, Cars, and then a birthday at a local trampoline park. This year he has his heart is set on a pool party. I am excited to get busy on the fun! With Maggie just turning one we celebrated with a flower-garden party.

We had a blast celebrating with lots of family and friends! Maggie was cautiously practicing walking and had 6 teeth. She weighed a little more than 16 lbs and was saying Dada, Mama, more, baba, and a few other words. It's crazy that she was just a newborn content with sleep, drinking milk, and diaper changes. Now her personality is showing even more. She's our chill baby who loves to smile and is a joy to be around. Happy Birthday Maggie!

I am sharing details today from her 1st Birthday Party!
